Terms of Association

These Terms of Association ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing the association between MobiTrail ("we," "us," or "our") and legitimate businesses that are registered in India or abroad. By entering into this association, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Legitimate Businesses:

We will only associate with businesses that are registered entities by the laws of their respective jurisdictions.

1.2 Adherence to Fair Trade and Business Practices:

The business we associate with should not be involved in any form of malicious financial activities like money laundering, or terror financing, or be directly involved in any form of terrorist activities, or anti-national activities in any territory within or outside India.

1.3 Zero- Tolerance Policy:

We also reserve the right to disassociate or deny services to any business or organization employing child labour in any manner.

MobiTrail also has a zero-tolerance policy towards organizations practicing discrimination in any manner based on race, skin colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion, national origin, ancestry, place of birth, or any other protected category.

2. Document Verification

2.1 Company Registration:

Before entering into association with a business entity, we require valid proof of company registration to ensure its legitimacy.

2.2 Taxation Documentation:

We may require relevant taxation documentation from the associated business as per applicable regulations to verify compliance.

2.3 Ownership Documentation:

To establish ownership validity and prevent fraudulent associations, we may request documentation proving ownership rights within the associated business entity.

3 . Use of Information Provided

3.1 Confidentiality :

Any information provided by both parties during the association process shall be treated as confidential and used solely for association purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3.2 Legal Compliance:

We reserve the right to disclose the above information if required by law enforcement agencies or as part of a legal obligation to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Termination

4.1 Mutual Agreement:

Either party may terminate this association upon mutual agreement in writing with prior notice of 60 days provided to the other party.

5. Limitation on Liability

5.1 Disclaimer :

We make no warranties or representations regarding any products , services , or actions performed by the associated businesses .

6. Governing Law

6 .1 Jurisdiction :

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under Indian law without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1 Updates :

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
