JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates for primary screening.
  • Coordinating with the candidates and the concerned team leaders during Interviews.
  • Regular follow up with candidates & job owner teams.
  • Maintaining internal HR database, employee records and documentation.
  • Maintain records in line with the company policy towards employee leave and attendence for payroll.
  • Leading the internal initiative towards employee engagement and daily events.
  • Attend to day to day employee affairs.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Graduates & Post Graduates with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a small sized IT set up will be an added advantage.
  • Amicable personality with a socially outward nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
